Angelo Suddenly awoke to the sounds of screams coming from all around him, He quickly jumped up and looked around. Where the hell am I? He thought, the last thing he remembered was going to sleep at the edge of sky's bed. Now he was here! He quickly looked around and began to sniff the air, the amulet on his chest was pulsing and glowing brightly sensing that a very powerful enemy was nearby

Sky had woken up at the house as Angelo tried to silently sneak out. At first she'd waited to let him go. After all, he probably needed a potty break. Minutes had passed by without a sight of him. Even still, she waited. He hadn't asked her to follow, she wasn't stupid. Then she heard the door close. She was out of bed in an instant. Still exhausted, she made her way to the window. She could see him running off but it wasn't his usual run. He's sleepwalking... she thought as she tore after him.
After about an hour of having to track him down, he was still faster than her, she found him just as he woke up. There was screaming everywhere. She wasn't sure where it was from, her attention was almost soley on her Leader and his amulet. "Angelo! Let's get out of here. I'm not ready for another fight yet..." she painfully admitted as she came into his veiw. It was obvious in her face that she was still tired.

Angelo Saw sky running towards her and as he did, He saw something black swooping down out of the trees at her. "Sky!" Angelo Roared and dived at her knocking her on her back as the creature screamed loudly and disappeared into the forest. "What the hell was that!?" He asked. He was scared and that wasn't usual. The thing just wasn't anything he had seen before. It was something that sent chills down his spine.

Sky's eyes widened in fear as she heard the tell tale sound of huge wings resonated behind her. She didn't take the time to look, she knew what it was. As Angelo hit her, she fell to the ground, nearly being crushed under his weight. The black figure disappeared. "That, Angelo, was a Nighthawk, something from a nightmare." A shudder passed through her. She racked her brain. If she remembered correctly, it'd be back. "Angelo, we need to go. So if you'd get off of me. We need to get moving back toward the house as fast as possible before we're eaten. I'm not at my full strength and I don't think you can take one of them on by yourself."

Angelo Stood up and turned to where the Nighthawk had flown back into the forest. He sniffed the night air. "There is more than one." He said as he got into a fighting stance. "They will follow us if we try to run so whats the point?"

Sky glared at him. "They'll follow, but they're not that fast. Now, move your ass!" she yelled at him. Grabbing him by the upper arm, she jerked. It was clear in her eyes that the smartest thing to do was run. "Angelo! You can't fight one by yourself, let alone several. Now, damn it, go!" She jerked his arm once more and began to try to pull him backwards. The safest place for them to be was inside a house. Since her's was closest, they could make it. A screech could be heard. It was coming back, and bringing friends.

Angelo Jerked away, "In your weakened and tired state I garuntee they could catch you." He turned as one swooped out of the forest picking Him up and slamming into a tree. He roared and started to transform ripping and beating at the creature.

Sky seethed. He was being extremely irrational. Never the less, she changed forms. Yeah, and in this damned state, I'm a much easier target... before she could help her leader, she was slammed to the ground by one of the other Nighthawks. [b]"Get the hell off me!" she screamed at it as her hind claws drew a long line of blood from it's under belly. The thing was dead within seconds. She grimaced. Within seconds, she was struggling with another one. She could tell that even with the adrenaline pumping, she was little match. After a few minutes, it was dead and she was standing with blood pouring out of a wound in her neck.

Angelo Killed the one that had slammed him into the tree and had instantly been attacked by to more. He saw Sky Bleeding and he quickly tried to kill the other 2. After killing the other 2 he ran over to her and grabbed her by the shoulders. "Are you okay?"

She was dazed. The idea of killing two Nighthawks had momentarilly taken her off gaurd. She'd never been able to kill one by herself, and she'd just killed 2. She was staring at them registering the fact that they were only adolecent when Angelo had taken ahold of her shoulders. The wound in her neck was bleeding profusely and she knew that even with her hands covering it, she was hemeraging. As she glanced to meet his eyes, she could see the other three dead. "Nice kill..." was all she could say before she passed out, the wound on her neck still gushing blood.

Angelo quickly picked her up and through her over his shoulder. "Shit Shit shit." He said as he took off sprinting back towards her home. He knew that she was losing alot of blood and he had to get her home as fast as possible. Pushing himself to the limits despite his own wounds He ran through the forest. Knowing the He would die as long as she was still alive.

What the hell? thoughts swam through empty space. Sky was there, but gone. Swimming through space with no sence of time. There was a sense of cold, and a sense of dampness, but nothing was really there. It took her unconcious mind a minute, but she finally figured out that she was unconcious. Of course, it wasn't her first time this had happened, but though she wasn't all there, she was at least a little. Vaguely, she was aware of locamotion. Angelo must be carrying me... The werewolf fought with herself as much as possible for someone who has blacked out. Struggling was exhausting. Her body didn't want to wake up, her mind was beginning to come around.
For a moment, but just a moment, she was concious again. She was completely aware of the jostling and saw that her leader was carrying her. "Angelo..." she was able to say at a whisper. She wanted to tell him four words, but she knew she didn't have enough time to say everything. "Get to house. Stop blood flow." She forced it out between gasps. The pain from her injuries wasn't that bad, it was the fact that she was still losing more blood than she should be. After a second of struggling between conciousness and unconciousness, she forced four more words out, "I...love...you...too," before everything went black once more and her conciousness was forced to the back until she was able to wake once more.
